Feeling fatigued through a lack of sleep because of the heat so today’s session is an easy relaxed technique filled session. Focus on body position, relaxing the head and upper body down and encouraging the hips up.
Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 Drill
200 pull breathing every 5
Main Set
(fins optional)
2x 2x100 as
50 Catch up
50 Swim
1x100 Streamline kick on sides head down (Prioritise body position not speed)
1x100 Swim
1x100 6 kick switch
1x100 Swim
1x100 123 Drill
1x100 kick rotation, arms by sides
400 kick with board
