Introducing my favourite set "Kick-Pull-Drill-Swim" as an IM. 1 round should mean that you have kicked, pulled, drilled and swam every stroke. If you're stuck for a drill then just do single arm. If you're not allowed to do butterfly then just do single arm fly.


Warm Up

400 Choice

4x50 Descend

200 Pull Breathing every 5

Main Set

2x

2x50 as 25 BK kick 25 BK swim

2x100 BK single arm

200 BK as 100 Pull 100 Swim

4x200 IM as 50 kick 50 pull 50 drill 50 swim

  1. FLY BK BR FS

  2. FS FLY BK BR

  3. BR FS FLY BK

  4. BK BR FS FLY

Cool Down
