Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set 2x (1st round BK 2nd round FS)
2x50 Single Arm
100 Swim
2x50 Kick
100 Swim
2x (1st round BK 2nd round FS)
4x50 Build to fast
200 Pull paddles
400 Kick build to fast the end of each length
Cool Down
200 EZ
