Backstroke distance day! 200 repeats are a great way of building endurance, don’t feel you need to swim everything Backstroke. If you’re committed to Freestyle the same applies.


Warm Up

400 Choice

4x50 Descend

200 Pull breathing every 5

Main Set

3x

200 BK Pull paddles

200 BK paddles fins

200 BK kick - alternate between kick and 6 kick switch

200 BK

400 FS

Cool Down

Sculling

200 Ez

Hi Henry, what do you mean by " BK Pull paddles fins"? - Is this using pull buoy and fins together? If so should we kick? Thanks.
