Building speed into the stroke. I’ll be swimming mostly breaststroke today but feel free to swim a different stroke. Don’t feel that you have to follow these sessions to the dot.
Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set
4x
3x50 BR increase stroke rate each 50
150 BR as
50 2p1k
50 BR arm dolphin kick
50 BR kick (do this on the back or on the front with a small scull to breathe)
12x50 @60 FS descend 1-3 paddles
100 EZ
500 Kick with fins
Cool Down
200 EZ
