Individual medley set, focus on good technique and relaxing through the four strokes. Use any drill you want but single arm if you’re stuck.
Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull Breathing every 5
Main Set
2x
4x150 as 50 kick 50 Drill 50 Swim IMO (individual medley order - fly,Bk,br,fs)
2x50 FS fast strong kick
200 FS Pull high cadence
6x50 FS Build @1:10
2x200 FS neg split (second 100 faster than the first)
400 Kick fins
Cool Down
200 EZ
