Working on Backstroke, focus on hip height and a smooth rolling rotation with a continuous arm stroke.
Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set
3x300 kick fins as
100 on back
100 rotated Bk position one arm outstretched one arm by side
100 Dolphin on back
4x (2&4 with paddles)
100 BK Single arm
3x50 BK Strong
150 BK smooth swim
3x400 FS @6:00
Cool Down
200 EZ
