As Butterfly becomes available to swim in pools we’ll be working individual medley sets today. Maintain quality for the fly, if you begin to struggle with sinking hips then switch strokes earlier.
Warm up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull Breathing every 5
Main Set
12x100 as
100 IM @2:00 (Fly,Bk,br,fs)
100 FS @1:45
100 IM kick @2:15
100 FS @1:45
4x200 as
1. 50 Catch up 50 FS x2
2. 50 Single Arm - arm by side 50 FS x2
3. 50 6 kick switch 50 FS x2
4. 50 Choice drill 50 FS x2
