Try to stay long through the FS drills, think body position and hip height. Be careful not to kick wide, minimise the kick and deliver from the core in alignment with the body.
Balance effort across the 10x100, careful not to start too fast. Build gently.
Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
2x
400 paddles and fins as
50 FS kick w/br arms
50 kick on back
100 Catch up
100 6 kick switch
100 123 drill
400 FS swim - second 200 faster than the first
10x100 as alternating
100 IM @2:00
100 FS @1:45
Cool Down
200 EZ
