Adjust times to suit you, push on the distances where you have more rest and relax into the ones where rest is minimal. As always, don’t feel like you need to swim the stroke I’ve put down but at the same time you shouldn‘t be avoiding strokes you don’t like!

Warm Up

200 Pull breathing every 5

Main Set

4x50 as 25 kick 25 swim @60

100 @1:45

2x50 FS @45

200 FS @3:15

4x100 BK @1:45

200 FS @3:00

4x50 FS @60

200 BK @3:30

400 FS pull @6:30

4x50 FS build @60

200 BK for time

400 Kick
