Written as an open water session at West Reservoir with the 400m loop. 100m represented by each buoy.
Warm up
400 Slow build
4x100 FS descend
Main Set
100 FS single arm - 10 strokes and sight
100 Catch up
100 Single arm - arm by side - 10 strokes and sight
100 Swim
4x100 FS Build to fast
3x100 8 strokes Fly 20 strokes FS
300 Kick as 100 FS+100 BR+100 FS
Cool Down
