100 FS single arm - 10 strokes and sight

100 Catch up

100 Single arm - arm by side - 10 strokes and sight

100 Swim


4x100 FS Build to fast


3x100 8 strokes Fly 20 strokes FS


300 Kick as 100 FS+100 BR+100 FS

Cool Down
