Mixture of Freestyle and Breaststroke, focus on lengthening out the body in both strokes through swims and drills. Use a narrow Breaststroke kick and focus on up-kicking for the Freestyle.

100 Finger drag

200 Catch up

100 Single arm

400 Swim

2x50 BR build on stroke rate

100 BR kick for time

200 BR as

50 2k1p

50 2p1k

50 BR arms Dolphin legs

50 BR fast


200 BR

6x100 FS @1:45 as 50 Build 50 Distance per stroke

800 Kick as 50 FS 50 BR
