200 Pull breathing every 5

3x200 @3:00


300 FS Pull paddles 6x50 FS as 50 6 kick switch @1:10 50 swim @1:00

5x200 FS @3:30 push 2&4


8x50 Fast start 8 dolphin kicks 8 Fly strokes into FS
