Quality kick set, try to keep to a time giving 5s rest for 50s and 10s for the 100s. Focus on a rolling backstroke and good rotation through the hips into the kick.


Warm Up

400 Choice

4x50 kick

200 pull breathing every 5

Main Set

6x150 as push 1st 50 1&2 2nd 50 3&4 3rd 50 4&6


Kick

2x 4x50 @60

2x100 @2:00

200 for time

100 EZ swim

5x100 BK @1:45


800 as 50 6 kick switch 50 swim

Cool Down
