Working all four strokes today, try to focus on holding good technique rather rather than speed. Maintain a high body position through the BK and drills. Keep the fly relaxed and long.
Warm Up

4x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set 5x200 FS negative split @3:15
8x50 as 25 fly 25 Bk max distance per stroke @60
2x
200 as
50 Dolphin kick
50 Rotation BK kick
100 single arm BK
200 BK pull
2x50 BK @100m pace
6x100 as

Hey Deniz! 100 pace means to swim at the speed you would race 100m at. We do this for distances normally half that of the the pace we are trying to achieve. So 50s @100 pace or 100s @200 pace. It’s a simple way to train at race speed without taxing the body and allowing for repeats.
