Easy drill session today, focus on maintaining length and body position. Don’t push through the drills and risk spending the time chasing air! Use fins if it helps or a snorkel can eliminate that problem.
Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 kick
200 pulp breathing every 5
Main Set
600 FS as 25 Drill 25 Swim
Choice of drills or use your own
- Triple touch switch (touch recovery arm at the front then all the to the back then bringing it back through normally to switch onto the otherside)
- 6 kick switch
- Single Arm 2 each side
400 BR as 25 Drill 25 Swim
- 2 kicks 1 pull
- 2 pulls 1 kick
- BR arms Dolphin legs
2x200 Broken IM as 4x50
25 IM 25 choice
6x50 FS as 25 sprint paddles 25 EZ
Cool Down
200 EZ
