200 BK maintain stroke rate

2x50 as 25 BR fast 25 EZ choice

2x100 as 25 Fly 75 FS DPS

200 BR long strokes increase gap between kick and pull

2x50 as 25 BK fast 25 EZ choice

2x100 as 25 Fly 75 FS DPS

300 FS pull

300 FS kick
