Main Set

2x (1st rnd FS 2nd rnd choice)

2x50 as 25 Scull Kick 25 Swim

2x50 as 6 UW kicks breakout into 6 fast strokes into EZ 2x100 as last 25 kick

200 Pull

8x100 as 1-3 5-7 IM 4th 8th IM kick

400 as 25 Drill 25 Swim Choice

Cool Down

200 EZ
