Drill Sessions today, maintain a low effort so you’re not chasing air through the drills and affecting body position. Should be a relatively relaxed swim today.

Warm Up

Main Set

  • Triple touch switch ( recovery arm touches the front over the back then normally through)

  • 6 kick switch

  • Single Arm 2-2

2x50 as 25 2k1p 25 BR

100 as 50 BR 50 FS

2x50 as 25 BR arms Dolphin legs 25 BR

100 as 50 BR 50 FS

3x50 as 25 Dolphin kick 25 Swim choice

50 as 25 Fly 25 choice
