IM set (Fly, Bk, Br, FS) descend 1-3 = slow, med, fast. If you’re struggling with the Fly try to commit to a number of strokes eg. 5 then switch into BK.
Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set
12x100 IM 1-3 descend
200 kick fins
100 Slow motion FS
400 Pull
4x50 as 25 sprint 25 ez
Sculling
Cool Down
200 EZ
