Main Set

  • triple touch switch (touch recovery arm to the front back then switch through normally)

  • 6 kick switch

  • Single arm 2-2


2x50 as 25 scull kick 25 swim

200 Pull negative split

4x50 as 25 build 25 distance per stroke

200 Pull negative split

4x50 25 8 underwater kick into sprint 25 EZ

200 Pull negative split


6x100 IM as odds Swim evens kick

Cool Down

200 EZ
