200 Pull breathing every 5

Main Set

4x200 IM as 50 kick 50 pull 50 drill 50 swim

  1. Fly BK BR FS

  2. FS Fly BK BR

  3. BR FS Fly BK

  4. BK BR FS Fly


6x150 FS as

2x 1st 50 fast

2x 2nd 50 fast

2x 3rd 50 fast


4x100 as 25 kick 25 drill 50 swim IMO (100 as fly, 100 as BK etc.)

Cool Down

200 EZ
