Pools are finally allowing Backstroke and overtaking! This sessions focus is aimed at conditioning the body to distance.
Warm Up
400 Choice
4x100 Descend
Main Set
2x (Second round with paddles)
200 FS Pull
200 FS Swim
100 Kick
200 BK Pull
200 BK Swim
100 Kick
Cool Down
400 FS swim - Last 200 EZ stretch out
