Pushing hard today, keep the set rolling. If you can’t make these times just limit the rest you have, don’t burn yourself out in the beginning. Aim to finish the set with more intensity than the start. Use the “EZ” swims to recover.

Main Set
12x50 Descend to fast 1-4 @60

4x100 Descend to fast 1-4 @1:50

3x200 1-2 Negative split @3:30 3rd for time
100 EZ
200 Kick
