2x100 BR long pause between each stroke
200 BR balanced stroke rate and timing
200 BR drills as
50 1 BR stroke 1 FLY stroke
50 2 kicks 1 pull
50 2 pulls 1 kick
50 BR arms Dolphin legs
400 BR kick for time
