Freestyle drill day, focus on stretching out and maintaining that long bodyline. If you feel you’re sinking that’s fine, try to make sure the entire body sinks equally (not just the legs!).
Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
6x50 FS 1-3 descend @50
400 FS as 25 drill 25 swim
Rotating kick arms by sides
Streamline kick rotated one arm out
6 kick switch
123 drill
6x50 FS 1-3 descend @50
400 FS drills
Catch up long pause
Catch up with a stop
Single arm 2-2
Single arm arm by side
3x200 Descend @3:15
Cool Down
