This week we’re swimming a quality week and focusing on skills such as underwaters, breakouts, turns etc.
Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
4x50 25 Dolphin kick W/board on front 25 BR kick
100 FLY as 3/3/3 (3x left arm 3x right arm 3x both arms)
150 FS hold 6 UW kicks off each turn
4x45s upright dolphin kick (kick on the spot in the deep end) 15s rest
150 FS hold 6 UW kicks off each turn
4x50 Max UW kicks into breakout 3x FLY strokes into FS EZ
400 FS paddles focus on breakout pull breathing on second arm stroke
4x100 FS swim strong hold 6 UW kick into breakout breathing on second arm stroke
Cool Down
200 EZ
