200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
4x50 as 25 BR pull 25 FS pull
4x100 BR double pull-out
2x50 BR as 25 sprint 25 EZ
8x50 FS kick W/board @60
200 6 kick switch
2x400 FS hold 2x UW kicks and 2nd arm stroke breath on the breakout
Cool Down
200 EZ
