200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
4x50 FLY fins distance per stroke @60
4x100 BK holding UWs swim strong @1:45
4x100 BR hold pullouts work on rhythm @2:00
4x100 FS hold UWs maintain high stroke rate
8x50 as 25 sprint 25 ez IMO
Cool Down
