Warm Up
400 Choice
4x50 desc
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set 2x 200 BK as
50 Rotational kick on back
50 6 kick switch - pull and recover simultaneously
50 Single arm - arm by side
50 Single arm blend - eg. 3 left 3 both 3 right
200 BK swim
200 FS as
50 Alignment kick - arm outstretched head down unless breathing!
50 6 kick switch
50 123 Drill - 3 strokes and hold alignment
50 smooth catch up - smooth rotation
200 FS swim
4x150 as
50 BK
50 BR
50 FS
Cool Down

Yes both arms by the sides and aiming to get a shoulder into the eye line in each rotation. Hold in the rotated positions for a couple of seconds before doing a smooth switch through, pay attention to body position as you’re rotating, don’t compromise it!
