I'm not worrying about pushing this morning, just keeping the arms turning over. Stringing the main set together as one long swim - If you want to swim the second 800 as Pull instead of kick or cut the distance feel free!
Warm Up

4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set
400 Swim
800 Pull paddles
400 Swim
800 Kick fins
400 Swim
