Easy session this morning, I'll be keeping the 400 drills nice and relaxed and rolling. Choose whatever drill you like and replace these ones.
Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set

6x50 Swim Strong @60
400 as 25 Drill 25 Swim
Drill suggestions
Rotated and aligned kick, one arm out
6 kick switch
123 Drill
Triple touch switch
Single arm
Catch up
400 Kick “50/50” (Build to max every 25m) no stopping at walls.
Cool Down
200 EZ
