2x 1x100 as 25 Scull 25 Swim

4x50 as 25 Fast 25 DPS (distance per stroke)

4x100 Descend @1:45

400 @6:30

2x200 negative split @3:15

400 @6:30 4x50 @50 hold best average

Cool Down
