Backstroke day today, don't avoid the stroke if you find it difficult. Think about a high body position from head to toe and work in a rolling arm stroke and rotation.
Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
4x50 BK Descend @60
2x
200 Single arm BK - Working the weaker arm
2x50 BK Swim strong
200 6KS BK
2x50 BK Swim strong
200 Kick on the back - Work the weaker leg
2x50 BK Swim strong
200 BK pull paddles
2x50 BK push
5x100 BK @1:45
Cool Down
