Warm Up

200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes

Main Set

2x 200 as 50 Doggy paddle Scull 50 Swim

200 as 50 FS alignment kick 50 swim

200 as 25 Double forearm scull head and shoulders up 25 swim


4x50 Swim strong


400 as 25 Drill 25 Swim

  • 6 kick switch

  • Single arm

  • Catch Up

  • Choice

Cool Down
