Introducing a little more kick. When Swimming try to deliver a strong kick as well.
Warm up
400 Choice
4x50 Descend
200 Pull breathing every 5
Main Set
3x
100 as
25 head up scull kick 25 FS strong
25 on back kick 25 BK strong
100 Pull
100 Kick
200 Swim
(1st&3rd round FS, 2nd round BK)
2x200 as
50 BR 2 pull 1 kick
50 BR long pause
50 BR 2 kick 1 pull
50 BR strong
Cool Down
400 FS build down to EZ
