  • Dolphin on back

  • Rotated one arm outstretched

  • Arms by sides rotating

  • Arms straight up 90 degrees to body

6x100 BK Descend 1-3 @1:45


10x UW Push-offs Fins 12 Kicks on back

Cool Down
