TPS Focus Week #2 05/04/21

Welcome back to week two of the Pool Sessions! There is little change for this week, I’m still building and still avoiding the clock!


Im going to up the distance I swim each session, I feel a lot more comfortable now to do the longer distance sets so will be introducing some long swims.


Again, I’ll be focused on taking it easy and not pushing too hard too soon, having said that I will allow myself to increase the intensity of short distances for short periods with plenty of rest. It’s also worth mentioning that I want to use more sculling in the sessions and use this particularly this week so look out for that. When performing a scull try to maintain a neutral and strong/stable shoulder position to ensure we target the rotator cuffs properly.
