The pools open again today after lockdown 2.0 so we're getting straight back to training! A lot of muscle endurance will have be lost from the shoulders which we'll be building up over the next couple of weeks, so get used to some long swims but today we're starting simple and taking stock of where we are. I'm going to be mixing strokes today but feel free to swim it how you feel.
