Well it’s not only Easter it’s the 100th session so I feel it’s a good opportunity to do something different. Normally something like this would call for an intensive workout however I don’t know about you but I’m not quite ready for that yet! So today we’re keeping it simple but also introducing a new acronym!
NSCS
Non stop, continuous swimming - for your allotted time!
Any stroke, any drill - just keep moving!
I'll be both swimming and drilling different strokes with no set order. I’ll mostly focus on Freestyle and Backstroke but dropping in a little Breaststroke and some Single Arm Fly for good measure. Depending on how I’m feeling I may do some kicking or just focus on the kick within the stroke and drills instead. I’m just going to let it flow, true Freestyle!
My main focus will be on maintaining a feel for the water throughout. Remember to keep it steady, we’re in a building phase.
