2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
1000 FS ~ build speed last 300
5x200 FS Pull/Swim ~ no paddles, focus on rotation and timing
2x100 FS ~ Push
400 as 50 Single Arm Fly 50 FS EZ ~ focus on undulation
Cool Down
200 EZ
