Warm Up

300 Choice

4x50 Descend

2x50 Kick

200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes

Main Set

800 FS Finger Drag ~ swim slow and balanced


1000 as 25 Drill 25 Swim ~ snorkel optional

  • Arms stretched out parallel, kicking ~ flat and high on water

  • Alignment position, One arm out one by side kicking ~ hip as high as shoulder

  • 6 Kick Switch, smooth balanced transition between the two aligned positions.

  • Head Up Scull Kick (15m) ~ tilt pelvis forward and use core to maintain kick and body position.


200 FS

2x100 FS

4x50 FS

Cool Down
