Warm Up

300 Choice

4x50 Descend

2x50 Kick

200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes

Main Set

2x

400 FS 25 Scull (4 different sculls below) 25 Doggy Paddle Drill (keep arms under water)

  • Scull at front - straight arms

  • Scull at catch - bending at elbows

  • Scull at back - at final push position arms by sides

  • Scull all the way through - both arms sculling the full FS stroke

400 FS ~ smooth balanced stroke

4x50 Single Arm ~ strong smooth pull

No set distance - Swim FLY focus on relaxing, make the stroke as easy as possible.
