Warm Up
300 Choice
4x50 Descend
2x50 Kick
200 Pull breathing every 5 strokes
Main Set
400/300 FS Swim @6:30/5:30
4x100 FS Swim @1:40/1:50
400/300 FS Pull Paddles @6:30/5:30
4x100 FS Pull Paddles @1:40/1:50
400/300 FS Swim @6:30/5:30
4x100 FS Swim @1:40/1:50
I hope the above makes sense! I'm giving two options on the set swimming either 400 or 300m.
