Notes: "Swim Big" = swim like you're 10ft tall! "Gallop" = off set stroke cycle, if you don't know how to do it I suggest swimming big again or making something up yourself!

400 Pull Paddles

50 Long glide @60
50 Gallop @60
50 Sprint Style Stroke @60
100 EZ with max UW off turn

600 Technique Focus ~ hold stroke count, 3 dolphin kicks off every wall, breathe on second stroke off the turn
